You are required to stay with your dog at all times.

Please try to get your dog to potty before they enter.

Dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies and Distemper / Parvo vaccinations and free of any contagious conditions. If you are coming for Small Group Social Play your dog needs to also be vaccinated for Bordetella, and a copy of vaccinations are required to be sent before you arrive for your appointment.

If you have signed up for a buddy pass, small group play session, or dog party you agree that your dog is well socialized and doesn’t have any issues playing off leash with other dogs. Your dog(s) also must be spayed or neutered.

In order to make sure the experience is safe and stress free for everyone, if at any time your dog shows aggressive, bulling behavior or any behavior towards other dogs or humans that we do not allow, Bosly’s Backyard reserves the right to ask you and your dog to leave and you will not be refunded.

We require 48 - 24 hours notice of a cancellation prior to your appointment start time. If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment we will not be able to reschedule, issue a credit or a refund. We cannot make any exceptions for weather, sickness, etc. on cancellations under 24 hours. Please respect our policies and understand we cannot take a loss in revenue when we are not given the proper notice to fill your appointment.

For photography collaboration events and training classes, we must receive your cancellation 1 week prior to your reservation.

Credit card processing fees 3.5% + $.30 will be deducted from any refund.​​

For training classes and private events, refund and cancelation requests must be received 1 week prior to the start time of the first class or event.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog or client for any reason.
