About the Position:

Bosly’s Backyard is a one-of-a-kind indoor dog recreation space dedicated to creating stress-free, joy-filled experiences for dogs and their people. As our Client Experience Specialist, you’ll be the warm welcome at the door, the friendly face our regulars look forward to seeing, and the key player in making every visit exceptional.

This is more than a front desk role—it’s about cultivating community, offering top-tier service, and helping grow a business rooted in love and purpose. If you're someone who leads with empathy, values consistency, and loves a good tail wag, we want to meet you.

Who We Are Looking For... 

We’re seeking someone with 10+ years of professional client or customer service experience, ideally in roles where relationship-building and communication were central. This position is best suited for someone who is:

  • In a second career or seeking meaningful, part-time weekend work

  • Grounded, reliable, and emotionally intelligent

  • Confident and proactive with excellent people skills

  • Passionate about dogs and understands canine body language and behavior (positive reinforcement-based experience preferred)

  • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, social media, CRM, etc.)

  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and cleaning (vacuuming and mopping)

  • Available on weekends

If you’ve worked in client-focused roles like hospitality, office management, HR, PR/Marketing, animal care, retail leadership, or nonprofit administration—especially where scheduling, communication, and upholding company guidelines—this could be a great fit.

  • Greet every client with warmth and professionalism

  • Build authentic relationships with clients and their dogs

  • Keep the space clean, organized, and set up for success

  • Read and respect dog body language to ensure safe, happy visits

  • Use positive reinforcement handling when needed

  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable

  • Know how to have confident conversations about pricing, policies, and value

  • Represent Bosly’s Backyard with positivity—on and off the clock
