Membership Terms & Conditions
At Bosly’s Backyard, our memberships are designed to reward consistency and commitment with discounted rates, scheduling flexibility, and exclusive perks.
Monthly Memberships
Included Perks:
✔️ Unused play credits roll over month-to-month
✔️ Discounted sibling and buddy passes can be added when booking
✔️ Additional sessions can be purchased at your discounted member rate
Terms & Policies:
🔹 A minimum 6-month commitment is required in exchange for discounted pricing
🔹 After 6 months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice
🔹 Upon cancellation, any unused play credits remain valid for 30 days
🔹 Early cancellation (before 6 months) will result in:
• Immediate expiration of unused credits
• A charge for the difference in discount received on any used sessions
🔹 Memberships cannot be frozen or paused
🔹 Play credits and appointments cannot be transferred to other households
Annual Memberships
Included Perks:
✔️ Discounted sibling and buddy passes can be added when booking
✔️ Annual plans offer flexibility, savings—and a full year to use your credits
Terms & Policies:
🔹 Annual memberships are offered at our lowest discounted rate when you purchase a year’s worth of play credits up front.
🔹 Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for changes in schedule, relocation, or a dog’s health or behavior.
🔹 All credits must be used within 12 months of sign-up. Any unused credits will expire after 12 months
🔹 Memberships automatically renew each year unless cancelled in advance
🔹 Play credits and appointments may not be shared or transferred between households
